Printing a missing dividing head plate
This is a somewhat niche liklihood, but if you are
- the owner of a Vevor-style dividing head
- in need of dividing something into 96 parts
you'll find that the standard set of plates doesn't help you. 96 isn't obtainable with any of the hole patterns on the supplied plates, and finding plates with right pattern seems to be oddly difficult.
You could machine your own using the dividing head and one of the 3 plates that you have got, but that's a lot of work for something that you probably don't need to do all that frequently.
3d-printing, on the other hand, is both fast, cheap and accurate. So here's the Fusion and STEP files for a drop-in printed plate which fills in most of the missing divisions that the standard plates don't provide.
